Team building in Zurich: 12 ideas that aren't bowling

What we do with teams of 8 to 60 people in Zurich — from cocktail workshops to afternoons by the lake — with real prices and what each format does for the team.

A team building event should get people talking to each other — not about work. If the activity means staring at a screen or competing in silence, it's failed. These are the 12 ideas we've already organised (or are organising next) in Zurich, with what each one does for a team.

Making things with your hands

  • Cocktail workshop — 2 hours, 10 to 30 people. The best for new teams: everyone has a task and a drink in hand.
  • Ceramics or jewellery making — 3 hours, up to 16 people. Calm, long conversations, everyone takes a piece home.
  • Sushi or pastry making — cooking in pairs. Great for bringing together departments that never talk.

Getting moving

  • Pilates or outdoor yoga at Zürichhorn — 1 hour + brunch. For teams that sit all day.
  • Guided walk with a photo challenge through the Altstadt — 2 hours. Teams of 4, no screens, lots of laughs.
  • Afternoon on the lake — SUP or boat, July to September. The most requested summer idea.

Eating together, but properly

  • Themed dinner with host — our specialty: a long table, a theme (Portugal, Italy, Morocco…), and someone making sure no one's left out.
  • Saturday brunch — for teams who want to include families.
  • Arraial (Portuguese street party) — sardines, music and an improvised dance floor. Yes, in Zurich. Yes, it works.

Getting out of the city

  • Uetliberg at sunset — easy climb, drinks at the top, train down.
  • Weinland vineyards — half day, wine tasting with a producer, lunch.
  • A day in Lucerne or on the Rigi — for 1-day off-sites with a team that deserves it.

What it costs

Our services in Zurich start at CHF 750 (planning: concept, research and proposal), CHF 950 with on-the-day coordination, and CHF 1'200 for full management including suppliers. Venue, catering and activities are quoted separately, so a cocktail afternoon for 15 people usually comes to between CHF 1'500 and CHF 2'500 all included.

How it works

Tell us your team size, the city, what you want the day to do for them, and the budget. We'll come back with a concept, venue options and a clear quote. On the day, we coordinate everything — you just show up.

Plan with your team — we reply within two business days.
